Two Day Silk Scarf Painting Masterclass led by Ali Pretty, Artistic Director of Kinetika.
Ali Pretty will lead a two-day masterclass in silk painting as part of Nairn Book and Arts Festival.
Each person will be guided through the design, drawing, waxing and painting of a 2mx50cm hand-woven silk scarf using the technique of batik.
At the end of the workshop, the scarves will be sent off for finishing (steaming and dry cleaning and returned to Nairn for collection by participants at the end of September.
