Do you have a flair for creating engaging content and a keen eye for design? Are you passionate about managing and optimising digital presence? Kinetika is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing our marketing strategy, enhancing our online visibility, and helping us promote our unique brand to an international audience.
3 days per week @ £220 – £250 per day, subject to experience

Kinetika is a renowned female-led design company with a 25-year track record of delivering commissions across the world, through engaging communities to create bespoke hand-painted silks. With recent projects in the Middle East, India, and Europe, we are looking to expand and further develop our international offer.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing professional to take a lead role in a small organisation at an exciting point of our development.
Leading our strategy and brand development, you will manage our website, social channels, and comms, creating exciting copy and designing creative assets. You will have excellent attention to detail and proofing skills as well as the ability to manage competing priorities.
You will be a core member of a small team based at our Studios at High House Production Park in Purfleet-on-Thames. Your working days will need to be flexible to be able to cover events and key moments and be fully on board with the work we deliver. At least two days per week would need to be based on site.
